Highly Evolved Human is a storytelling show about my experience with cancer. I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at 26, and after realizing just how naive the young people in my life were to cancer, I decided to write a show about it. It ran at New York’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre for a year. The show travelled across country for shows Upright Citizens Brigade LA and did a two week residency at Denver’s Avenue Theatre. Highly Evolved Human was featured by Newsweek, Fox News, and the Denver Post.
